DMCA Policy

High End Sim Racing Rig respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the High End Sim Racing Rig service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

This policy outlines the procedures for filing a DMCA Notice and a DMCA Counter-Notification with High End Sim Racing Rig.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on High End Sim Racing Rig infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This must include a detailed description of the work, such as the title, author, and registration number, or a link to a publicly available location where the copyrighted work can be found.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) or other identifying information sufficient to allow High End Sim Racing Rig to locate the material on our platform.
  3. Contact information for the complaining party: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: That use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: And, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature: Of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to High End Sim Racing Rig. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: That you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court: For the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which High End Sim Racing Rig may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
